INTRODUCTION


Relevance of the research topic.The project work is devoted to studying the features of self-improvement of students' personality in the conditions of educational organizations associated with the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The people have been paying special attention to the upbringing of children since ancient times, their intelligence, kindness, rationality , and labor activity give them a direction. In this regard, the words of wisdom of the people may arise. Today, one of the most pressing problems is the upbringing of the younger generation, which leads to the civilization of our independent country.

Modern times help to find an upbringing for every child who develops science. Therefore, the basis of continuous upbringing, his private school is not the beginning of upbringing and education.

Nursultan Nazarbayev in his message to the people: "In the XXI century, in a country that has not been able to develop its knowledge, it is obvious", it is necessary to form a personnel reserve. One of the main tasks set for the society today is to radically update the entire education system, create a school with a new model that meets the world level, create conditions for high-quality education for young people and will contribute to their harmonious development and personal development.

Self-education as a desire for personal perfection has always been characteristic of people, and it, as a vital necessity, arose earlier than other organized forms of education – at the first stage of human history. The epistemological roots of self-education lie in the epoch of the first society. At the same time, there were customs and beliefs that require people to develop vital qualities (courage, stability, hunger, cold tolerance).

In connection with the development of society, the problem of self-education entered the philosophical concepts of ancient thinkers, attracted the attention of writers, teachers and scientists, and appeared in pedagogical and philosophical literature [1].

According to us, the first are ancient Eastern thinkers who were deeply engaged in educational activities. One of the first schools in the history of China was the school that was opened by Confucius, a thinker and teacher. He is one of the thinkers who paid great attention to self-education. In the works of Confucius, it is stated that the goal of teaching is: "everything that is given to Heaven is called nature, nature worship is a long way, supporting this path is training and education, and in turn, training and education as a means of self-improvement. he main form of the educational process at the present stage is the formation of the young generation of personal qualities that can not only form skills, but also find and analyze, as well as effectively use information, live and function with dignity in a rapidly changing modern world.

The sixth task in the President's address to the nation envisages the development of modern education and professional retraining, formation of foundations of "smart economy", use of new technologies, ideas and approaches, development of innovative economy.

The main criterion for the success of the educational reform is to reach such a level that any citizen of the country who has received the appropriate education will become a sought-after specialist in any country of the world.

It is known that every student likes to know everything that is not familiar with nature and strives to learn, so he strives for creativity, knowledge and active activity at the initial stage of training. From this point of view, research is one of the main ways to expand the student's knowledge of the environment.

Our time is rapidly improving all areas of our life, constantly changing, including the education system. In accordance with this, a Junior high school graduate must have the following characteristics:

- loving to know, active and interesting person;

- has the basics of educational skills, is able to organize their activities.;

- a well-wisher who is able to listen and hear the interlocutor [2], justify their positions, Express their opinions.

The state educational standard of General education in schools has defined a high-quality personality-oriented model of personality-oriented primary classes, which provides the following goals.

- development of the student's personality, creative abilities, interest in learning, formation of educational motivation and skills;

- spiritual, moral and aesthetic education;

- mastering the system of knowledge, skills, and practice of various types of activities;

- maintaining and strengthening the physiological and psychological health of students;

- preservation and support of the student's personality.

The level of assimilation in determining the effectiveness of further education in school is determined by the priority direction of the formation of General skills, which is most affected by the level of assimilation. The main result of education is considered both on the basis of activity directions as universal ways of students ' actions, and on the basis of mastering new levels of development inherent in the studied subjects. This is another special aspect of the new educational standards. The implementation of these features in the educational process requires a new organization based on the planning of joint actions between the teacher and the student[2].

Object of research work. Collection of training exercises dedicated to self-development and self-improvement of the student's personality.

Research forecast: If the problem of self-education, the formation of self-improvement skills of schoolchildren is studied theoretically, the psychological and pedagogical features of self-education, self-improvement and formation of school-age students are identified and If the ways of self-education and formation were differentiated, then the level of self-improvement of students would be higher[3].

Subject of research work. The process of forming students' self-education skills during the learning an importance of self-improvement of the student's personality in the conditions of educational organizations.

Purpose of the study:

Theoretical study of the formation of self-improvement skills of schoolchildren, practical implementation.

For this purpose, the following tasks are assigned to the diploma project:

1. historical research of the formation and development of the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2. Determination of psychological and pedagogical features of self-improvement skills formation;

3. analysis of ways of formation and self-improvement of schoolchildren;



The research method is a way of teaching a student through their individual creative and research skills. Its main comparisons are identification of problems, making and chain of forecasts, control, experience, as well as thoughts and discussions based on them.

During the research work, methods of generalization, systematization, pedagogical control, historical study and comparative analysis were used. The research method is the development of children's knowledge through individual creative and practical research. The main comparisons in the definition, forecasting, control, understanding and analytical research work are: Comparative analysis, historical inspection, pedagogical visual control, generalization, systematization-methods of research work.

Currently, one of the main tasks facing society is to modernize the entire education system, achieve world-class standards, improve methods that increase the desire of the young generation for knowledge, as well as create a new school model for the formation and development of the individual.

The purpose of the event: educating the students feelings of patriotism, love to Homeland, respect for state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, education of respect for the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, education of respect for the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, education of respect for the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The philosophical works of ancient thinkers specifically describe the stages of development of the human child. The works and thoughts of thinkers combined with the teachings of scientists, contributed to the emergence of creativity about the pelagogic, philosophical worldview. For the first time there were ancient Eastern thinkers who paid special attention to pedagogical activity. An article about self-improvement is a very obvious term, and no one can relate self-improvement to a specific field. In fact, it covers all aspects of one person. One person combined with self-care needs, another takes part in self-improvement, demanding better behavior, and one wants to improve the appearance, and the other wants to get internal self-improvement. Thus, due to the large number of aspects, it is impossible to classify self-development in one specific part[5].

Methodological and theoretical foundations of research: to solve the tasks and check the state of the initially established forecasts, the following research methods were used: research and theoretical analysis of the literature on the subject under study, synthesis and generalization of information, control, testing; experimental and analytical work and processing of its results. Methodological and theoretical bases of research work: study and theoretical analysis of literature on the subject under study[5], control and research methods for solving tasks and checking the initial set forecast state.

school teachers and students of teacher training institutes can use the student in self-improvement training.

Project theoretical and practical significance. With the help of the diploma project, readers can get acquainted with the history of the formation of the educational system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Can get information about the psychological and pedagogical features of the formation of self – improvement skills. Contributes to the formation of a full and systematic understanding of the importance and basics of self-improvement training of the student's personality in the conditions of educational organizations[7].
